But when I did get that first paycheck it was nice to see that I was giving a raise and had a nice bonus in there. It also sucked going from weekly paychecks to biweekly. It was REALLY frustrating to find out that we started during the middle of a pay week and I had to wait THREE weeks for another paycheck when my previous ones from STC weren’t that big. I am so glad that I decided to give Zoom Tan a shot and stuck it out longer than a couple days. Unlike the other employees, I didn’t have another job to fall back on so I had stuck it out until I found something else. The first weeks were very confusing and really made me consider if I should stay, or leave like most of the other employees did. It was really disappointing to find out about this the night before it happened and wish us STC employees were giving more notice than that. I had just started at Sun Tan City a couple months before and was finally getting used to everything. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!īeing an employee of Sun Tan City during the conversion over to Zoom Tan had its pro’s and its cons… I never expected Zoom Tan to purchase Sun Tan City so when I got that call the night before everything changed I was worried that I would lose my job or hate it. Zoom Tan is a really really horrible place to work. That is all bull, they have just recently become aware of all of the negative and TRUE remarks and comments about them online and they are trying to make it all go away or try to tell the people who posted them that they're liars.
Really really bad place to work! I am sure they will comment below this review saying that they are sorry I feel that way and that they will take my comments to heart. Tony loves to see people breaking his ridiculous rules and catch them and then fire them! They guy is insane! Do not work for Zoom Tan! They are just terrible. Despite what they say, they do constantly watch employees on camera. The management are all jerks and mean and hurtful.
The clients are always angry because they are always trying to screw them. You do not get lunch if you are lucky enough to be able to take a lunch you have to take it in the broom closet with all the nasty cleaning chemicals and there is no place to sit. The snarky jerk comments they reply with on this website where they basically tell all of their employees that they are lying are proof of that.
